In the Training Room we benchmark your fitness level every 4 weeks and chart your progress!

We’ll take you through a body composition analysis and basic fitness assessment, simply counting the number of push ups, squats, rows you can do along with a timed plank and short cardio assessment. From there we will provide you with a detailed report of your fitness level and track your progress every 4 weeks

This way you can see first hand for yourself on paper as well as in the mirror and by how fit you feel, how much progress you are making and ensure you get the results you want from training with us!
