Kris Greene is a highly experienced personal trainer with over 12 years working as a personal trainer, having worked with the London Irish Rugby Club he graduated with a BSc in Strength & Conditioning Science from the prestigious St Mary’s University in London.

QUALIFIED

Kris is highly qualified with a BSc in Strength & Conditioning Science as well as being an Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach (ASCC) with the UK Strength & Conditioning Associateion (UKSCA). Kris is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist from the International Society of Sports.

STRENGTH

Kris is a specialist in strength and conditioning, having worked with several professional and semi-professional rugby teams he also works with schools across Dubai designing and delivering our Youth Performance Coaching programs.

About Kris

As a personal trainer, Kris’ specialities include sports and sport specific training as well as strength and conditioning, he excels in leveraging the considerable knowledge and expertise built up over 12 years of experience to help each and every client to achieve their goals. Hailing from the emerald isle, Kris also develops and implements our youth performance coaching programs and works with multiple schools across Dubai.

Kris graduated with a BSc in Strength and Conditioning Science from St. Mary’s University London, he is also an Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach (ASCC) with the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA). He is also qualified in nutrition as a certified nutritionist with the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). Kris runs our popular outdoor club, organizing fun excursions for the PTC community into the outdoors.
