Andrew accepted a Ramadan challenge from @laurasinead30 to burn 800 calories a day, EVERY SINGLE DAY, exercise for at least 30 minutes every day and stand upright for a few minutes once an hour, for a minimum of 12 hours all registered on his #AppleWatch⌚(unfakeable in other words) 🏆
During May, Andrew created a new style of hidden training called Toilet-Tabata for business trip days spent on emirates flights.
Toilet-Tabata involves a toilet cubicle (#Emirates Flight or Airport Lounge in Andrew’s case) and spending 20 minutes high knees, squats and dips.
Exercise minutes and calories burned were also reported from squatting in the isle of a flight returning from a business trip amongst many long cycles and early morning circuit classes on non-travel days. #Dedication 🏋🏽♀
That level of effort and 30 complete challenge days last month is true worthy winner of #MemberOfTheMonth 🥇
