These side step ups/pistol squats are amazing to strengthen weaknesses and to work on imbalances.
They are also great to improve balance and performance in sports that require running and jumping.
Plus, not only are they very effective to activate different muscles in your legs, they’re also safer on your lower back and other injuries.
