Too many people ask the wrong question.
“Which exercise is the best to lose fat and sculpt this certain muscle?”

The answer is “Stick To The Basics!”

Focus on the big, compound exercises and their variations. Master them. Train the sh*t out of them. Go crazy with them! And then, once you’ve done that, you can look into the details.

Don’t tell me you only accumulate fat in this area but everything else is great. Guess what, everyone has that problem. Hint: sit ups won’t fix it.

Do squats, deadlifts, presses, chin ups and their variations, and go crazy with them! Lots of them. Some heavy, some lighter but lots of them! I guarantee you, if you’re eating healthy, you will start to see your abs.

Once you’ve done that, start looking into improving the bottom corner of the lateral head of the left triceps. At least now, you will be able to see the improvement since there will be less fat covering it.
